And also New Year’s Eve. We never plan big doings for New Year’s. We have a meal and watch a movie. Or Two. Or listen to some music. We don’t love the crowds and the crazy drivers, and this year’s holidays have been pretty full. The beloved may feel differently, but I’m ready to welcome 2013 in a quiet setting.
I’m planning to spend today the way I’ve spent every day since the last of our company departed. I’m writing. I didn’t finish what I meant to yesterday (that full holiday thing–just keeps filling and distracting). But I’m on the verge of finishing my edit. I need to finish today because tomorrow I start Patricia Kay’s Challenge to Write Class. In the midst of a fulsome holiday, I didn’t manage to complete my planning for that so I’ll be flying in the wind–which I love to do!
So, no time to chat–must catch up with myself–and, wish you and yours all the joy to be found in the new year!
