Happy New Year! Resolutions, Anyone?

I don’t make them. I don’t actually like them. I get along and I’m responsible, and things work out as they’re supposed to until I get all resolved about something.
So–I resolve to avoid beating myself senseless with the pressure of a resolution.
I was going to post a photo of my kitty, resolving to be in control, but I can’t seem to get the photo here. Hmm. Tried again–it’s on my phone–but it won’t come. Oh, well. I should probably just post this anyway and get back to work.
I’ve had several proposals on my editor’s desk for a while. I’m finishing one of the stories because it’s for a new line. If the editors want to see more, I’d love to have more to offer them. Plus, I’ve just had an idea for a new story for the same line. I don’t actually love the knowledge that the holidays are over, and next up is spring, but my head appears to be in spring cleaning mode. Can’t complain about that!
Let me spew this new idea into some notes!
Edit: Got the photo! Isn’t he majestic? And you can tell he’s running the place. Our family is quirky about Kitty. Therapy, anyone? :-)
