My brand new proposal is with my editor. I’m excited about this new project, and I hope the editors will be as well. Next up, I’m going to finish this book. It’s for a line I haven’t worked with before, and I want to be prepared if they ask for the full ms. (Proposals are some number of chapters–in this case three–and a synopsis.)
I meant to take most of today to let everything rest, but I couldn’t. The story is in my head and my heart, and I resent having to stop working. What a lovely way to feel about work!
Better post this before the rain comes back!
